D3.js Driven Travel Guide

What is D3.js?
D3 is a JavaScript library for visualizing data with HTML, SVG, and CSS.

The Course
Interactive Data Visualization was taught by Professor Lynn Cherny at the University of Miami. It covered an array of topics including data loading, tables, charts (i.e. bar, line, stacked, small multiples), maps, data storytelling, and animation.

Project Details
As my final project for the course, I chose to use a data set consisting of accomodation prices for various types of rooms across the globes. I created a travel guide that analyzed this data to assist in vacation bookings and decision.
I used d3.js, HTML, CSS, bootstrap, and several other javascript libraries. I also created several graphics and a color palette for the guide.
